Harleston Films

Film

We show a film on the fourth Thursday of each month. This is screened in the Masonic Lodge, in The Thoroughfare, Harleston. There is a matinee at 14.00 and an evening screening at 19.30, doors open 30 minutes before. We have an interval, with ice creams, and a bar in the evening.

Seats are £4.00, payable on entry, but please book in advance at Harleston Information Plus, 01379 851917.

We have five speakers positioned around the room, so that someone sitting at the back will get the same sound quality as those at the front. Our projector and Bluray player give pictures which are pin sharp.  We hope you will come along to see for yourself!

Harleston may be a small town but it has been home to many well-known people. Famous religious leaders and military heroes, business entrepreneurs and pilgrim pioneers, have all called Harleston their home. This walk will explore the impact they have had, locally, nationally and, in some cases, internationally. These walks are being held in conjunction with this year’s exhibition about the Worthies of Harleston in the local Museum where the walks will include a special opening just for us.

Tickets £4.00 per adult, children under 15 accompanied by an adult go free. There are a series of guided walking tours around the town throughout the summer. All walks last about two hours.
