The sixth annual Antiques Market was held on Saturday 16 June. This was a great success with some new artisan and craft stalls added to compliment the more traditional antiques and vintage stalls. There was a good range of refreshments for all tastes available from the market stalls and local eateries. Harleston’s recently discovered World War I table cloth was also on show.
The Antiques Market was followed by the Street Party, an opportunity for Harleston’s residents young and old to come together for an evening of live music. This year, the ever popular Funk Soul Brothers were supported by two new local acts, Tom Mackinson followed by Lydia-Mae.
Harleston’s Future would like to thank all of the local residents and businesses who supported the event and helped in so many different ways, with a special thanks to East of England Co-op and Musker McIntyre who sponsored the Street Party.
